The Roan Mtn ride was a blast! A few folks left early but a great time for all! I'm getting feedback on the length of the rides. Almost all of our rides have locations where riders can scoot back to the Charlotte area...mostly slab for speed sake. So do not feel obligated to make the whole trip.
With that said...let's head back to Tennessee (US-421..."The Snake"!) Only been there once and we got rained out...so the trip will be an adventure for us all. Plan on all day with lunch close to the TN border. Lot's of twisty roads along the way...no slabbing to speak of.
Meet at the 7/11 across from MOC (Motorcycles of Charlotte) at 8:30 AM ...leave at 9:00AM. Call if running late and we can arrange a meeting point.
