Jim Calandro will be leading a New Years Day ride once again to get the New Year off to a proper two wheeled start. Please see the note below from Jim for details on the rendezvous point and weather contingencies. If the weather looks sketchy on Jan 1, check with Jim before you head out. His email is capo@carolina.rr.com.
No requirement to ride a Ducati or even an Italian bike for this one.
The weather forecast keeps changing and it is now up to 40% chance of rain on New Year's Day. A low of 40 and a hi gh of 52 are not a problem but wet and cold can be. The two days before are both zero chance of rain so maybe the front will slow down. I will keep looking at he forecast and up date you on the club plans for the ride. Just in case here are the details.
Meet at 11 am at the Hill Top Restaurant at the corner of RT 74 and RT 601 where 601 splits off and heads south to SC. We eat and then go for a ride. The length and destination of which will be determined by the weather. Again I will up date you on the plans
Have heated grips and electric vest will travel
